CHALLENGE

 

Design the concept of a building’s architecture and its brand and digital presence before the developers break ground. A possible collaboration with Lenny Kravitz as the interior designer was considered.

OUTCOME

Through conversations with socialites, we discovered that high-asset individuals purchase luxury real estate in NoLita not only for its investment value but also for the vibrant culture and nightlife of this beloved neighborhood. The art direction centers around fun and nightlife. I curated architectural and interior design directions that complement Lenny Kravitz’s rich style while appealing to modern property investors.
